For the past few weeks, i’ve been checking out Google Ads and came across the concept of conversions in one YouTube video. I want to know what actually counts as a conversion in Google’s eyes. I just want Is it strictly tied to purchases, or can other actions like newsletter sign-ups, form submissions, or details submission even specific page views also be tracked as conversions? Also, does Google automatically identify these actions, or do I need to set them up manually to align with my business goals or the leads I want to generate?
