I think it's a perception to believe that many of the business owners are arrogant. People often have this stereotype towards the celebrity as well. Some business people come across as arrogant due to the pressure and competition they face in their industries. Success in business often leads to a sense of confidence. But the majority of the people usually believe this to be arrogance. The constant need to make decisions and stay ahead of competitors can sometimes cause them to dismiss others' opinions if it doesn't fit into their paradigm. Being in positions of power can create a mindset that their way is the best. it’s important for business leaders to remain humble and open-minded to foster collaboration and growth.
