I was having a discussion with one of my people over here yesterday and he told me that he can't do a salary work. One thing I realized is that some people love business because it offers the thrill of building something from the ground up. Also they like the freedom to make their own decisions rather than listen to and follow the orders. The ability to create value, solve problems, and make an impact on others’ lives is incredibly rewarding. For some entrepreneur minded people, business provides financial independence, personal growth, and the opportunity to work on their own terms. It allows them to constantly innovate and challenge themselves because they like to try out many things.
